I note :
- Tony negotiated in good faith.
- Tony had quick and easy to understand communications.
- Everything Tony said he would do he did.
- A couple of minor items I requested were not in the contract as I only thought of them after the contract was drawn up. Tony actioned these requests based off our verbal agreement.
- Tony organised access to the unit for the setting up the NBN prior to settlement.
