Louise’s Real Estate career has spanned over 30 years and covered every facet in the industry equipping her skills over and above competitors to provide a comprehensive exemplary service to her clients. Louise has been recognised by one of Australia’s largest franchises and the Real Estate Industry of Queensland with accolades for Property Manager of the Year.
Her entry to the industry as a young 17-year-old in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate market didn’t deter her despite being a male dominated profession at that time. Louise went onto handle Commercial & Industrial Leasing & Property Management, Sales Executive to franchise Directors, Off the Plan Property Sales, Mortgage Broking and owning two of her own Management Rights businesses.
Louise holds her full real estate licence that allows her to market properties right across the Gold Coast. A local for the past 22 years, Louise has a broad knowledge of properties spanning the Southern end to the Northern end of the Gold Coast. With her involvement in Management Rights, Louise also has an extensive knowledge of strata properties and community schemes.
